Our experience was marred by the two single beds in our junior suite, which felt cramped. Adjustments to the room layout would significantly improve comfort.

The pool area was very nice and the sauna collection offered a perfect way to unwind after skiing. We loved the creative towel art from the housekeeping team, which added a fun touch to our stay.

dining was a mesmerizing disaster, with eggs hard and cold and food lukewarm. service was lovely, though the disorganization was definitely a letdown, I expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles but alas, I was treated like any old guest. almost wrote a good review—just couldn't, really.

the plattenhof is an amazing place where you feel welcomed right away. the highlights for me were the superb service from the manager, othmar, and the incredible indoor pool that was so relaxing after a day of skiing.

The service was outstanding. every staff member greeted us with genuine warmth. The manager personally prepared a welcome drink that set a positive tone for our stay. The mountain view from our junior suite balcony was a breathtaking sight to wake up to every morning.

We had an amazing time skiing with our grandkids! The hotel is situated in the perfect spot and offers a convenient ski shuttle right outside. The staff, especially Martin, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. The breakfast was delightful, with plenty of tasty choices to fuel our days on the slopes.
